The core molding machine is the core of the entire hollow block production plant, equipped with a QT series fully automatic hydraulic molding machine. The main QT10-15 hollow block machine can mold 10 standard 390×190×190mm hollow bricks per mold, with a molding cycle of 15-20 seconds, and a stable production capacity of 14,400-19,200 bricks per 8-hour shift; the QT12-15 hollow block machine produces 12 bricks per mold, with a maximum single-shift capacity of 23,000 bricks, suitable for large-scale production exceeding 20,000 bricks per day. The hollow block making machine equipment employs a platform vibration composite molding process, with a rated excitation force of 90-110kN, a vibration frequency of 2800-4500r/min, and a rated working pressure of 21MPa for the hydraulic system. The finished bricks exhibit uniform density and compressive strength ranging from C15 to C30. The core mold is made of Cr12MoV alloy steel and vacuum-quenched, with a service life of ≥1.5 million cycles. It supports rapid mold change for the production of various products, including perforated bricks and paving bricks.

A pre-mixing and batching system ensures stable finished product quality. The entire system is equipped with a multi-bin aggregate batching machine and a forced twin-shaft mixer, using electronic weighing to control batching errors within ±1%. It can accurately proportion sand, cement, fly ash, and admixtures. The accompanying JS series twin shaft concrete mixer has a single mixing cycle of 30-45 seconds, achieving a mixing uniformity of ≥96%, and can continuously output homogeneous concrete slurry, preventing problems such as inconsistent brick strength and insufficient material at edges and corners from the source. The system is compatible with solid waste raw materials such as fly ash, slag, and recycled aggregates from construction waste, with a maximum blending ratio of up to 80%, aligning with global green production trends and effectively reducing raw material costs.

An automated conveying, palletizing, and curing system enhances mass production efficiency. Molded blocks are smoothly transported via an anti-slip belt conveyor, and a fully automatic palletizer enables neat, layer-by-layer stacking at a speed of 600-800 bricks per hour. No manual handling is required throughout the process, and the finished product breakage rate is controlled below 0.5%. The curing section can be equipped with a natural curing zone or a steam curing system. Natural curing at room temperature achieves sufficient strength for transport in 24-48 hours, while steam curing can shorten the curing cycle to 8-12 hours, suitable for order-intensive production scenarios.

The entire hollow block production plant utilizes a PLC centralized control system with a bilingual (Chinese and English) user interface. It allows for production parameter storage, one-button start/stop, and fault self-diagnosis. Only 3-5 operators are required to manage the entire line, reducing labor costs by more than 50% compared to semi-automatic production lines. Based on overseas project experience, the equipment is compatible with different voltage standards such as 380V/415V, and can be equipped with salt spray resistant and high-temperature resistant components, making it suitable for working environments in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

From an industry perspective, customers should prioritize matching the equipment to local market capacity. For small to medium-sized markets, the QT10-15 standard configuration is recommended, balancing investment threshold and production capacity flexibility. In mature markets with stable demand, the QT12-15 can be selected to improve delivery capabilities. Simultaneously, space is reserved for adapting to solid waste raw materials, which can further reduce long-term operating costs by 15%-20%.
