PLD concrete batch machine organizational structure

PLD series concrete batch machine are all made up of feeding system, weighing system and electrical control system.

1. Feeding system: Formed by storage hopper and feeding device, the main function is to store materials and charge to the weighing hopper under control systems. Feeding system form: PLD800-4800, is belt conveyor feeding;

2. Weighing system: weighing system is a key part of concrete mixer plant, made up of weighing hopper, hoisting devices and weighing system sensors, batching control system components.

3. Electrical control system: Electrical control systems are a core part of concrete batching machine, its function is to achieve the entire weighing, display, operation and complete a variety of automatic batching procedure. The system is mainly composed of batching control meter and strong electric circuit parts.

4. Working principle of PLD concrete mixing machine: Before working, loaders (when batcher underground installation, it can use artificial feeding) provide respectively sand and stone material to each storage hopper. To the batching control meter input formula by batching controller specification (unused items must be zero). After pressing the burdening button, batching machines began to enter the automatic burdening program.

PLD concrete batching machine work process is:

Firstly, material I belt machine begin to work to deliver material I to weighing hopper, when the weight of materialⅰreaches its set value, material I belt machine automatically stop; then material II belt machine automatically opens, when the material weight in the hopper reaches the set value of material I and material II , material II belt machine stop working; material ⅲ belt machine begins to work... As like this, after four materials fully, the HZS60 belt conveyor type concrete batching plant is in a wait state of discharging. At this point, pressing the discharging button, the discharging belt machine works, and will put the concrete dry material unload into the concrete mixer hopper. After discharging finishing, the discharge belt conveyor stops, and automatically starts the second circulate ingredients, like this reciprocation.
