The appearance quality of the

The exposed parts of automatic concrete block making machine should be anti-rust treatment, the surface of the castings should be smooth and flat, and there should be no blisters, pores, and protruding appetites edge burrs. The welds should be beautiful, and there should be no missing welds, cracks, arc craters, slag inclusion, burn through, meat biting and other phenomena and defects. The width of the same weld should be the same, and the width difference should not exceed 14mm.
The transmission system of
concrete block making machine should operate flexibly without any abnormal sound; no oil leakage should be made at all parts, the total oil leakage point of the mechanical transmission part should not exceed one, and the total oil leakage point of the hydraulic transmission part should not exceed two. The chain drive transmission system is adopted. The chain and sprocket must not be bitten and cut. The chain tensioning device should be easily adjusted, firmly connected, and well lubricated. The belt-driven transmission system is adopted, the pulleys should be aligned, the force should be uniform, and the tension can be easily adjusted. The guide column is well lubricated and matched properly, without jamming and shaking during operation.
When the reducer of
automatic concrete block making machine runs continuously for one hour under rated conditions, the lubricating oil temperature rise of the gear reducer shall not exceed 40 degrees Celsius, the lubricating oil temperature rise of the turbine reducer shall not exceed 60 degrees Celsius, and the oil temperature shall not exceed 85 degrees Celsius. The components of the hydraulic system should be arranged in an orderly manner, the pipelines should be in a clear direction, regardless of the order, the connection is firm, easy to assemble and inspect, the hydraulic oil temperature should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius.
