Lubrication methods of batching plant for sale

To make the batching plant for sale runs safely and well, the components lubrication of the concrete batching plant must be done well. The lubrication oil to concrete batching plant is like blood to human body. In order to achieve good lubrication of the concrete mixing plant parts, the following points must be noted.

1. In accordance with the provisions of the concrete batching plant parts lubrication instructions, the appropriate viscosity of the lubricating oil is added to the batching plant parts on schedule and on time.  
2. The amount of lubricating oil must be kept adequate. The oil layer added to the fuel tank or oil pool should reach the standard level. The amount of oil added to the high-speed rotating rolling bearing should be appropriate, not too much or too little, otherwise it will be damaged by heat.
3. The lubricating oil must be very pure and clean. It must not contain mud, dirt, dust, water, etc., which prevent damage to the lubricating effect and damage the parts of the concrete batching plant parts.
4. The oil in the oil pool and the oil tank should be replaced regularly according to the instructions of the batching plant's parts manual. When changing the oil, the oil pool must be cleaned by using kerosene.
5. The oil pot and the oil rake must be kept closed to prevent intrusion of dust, abrasion debris, and cooling water.
