1.Requirements for ingredient accuracy.
The batching progress of the weighing system of the
concrete mixing plant must meet the requirements of the technical specifications for concrete construction. In general, the weighing system's own weighing error can reach 0.5%, but there is a certain distance between the weighing system and the conveying device. In the process of material falling or conveying, the error will inevitably increase. It is generally stipulated that the weighing error of various materials is the quality of the material: 1% of cement, 1% of water, 2% of coarse and fine aggregate, and 1% of additives.
2.The weighing speed should be fast.
The concrete mixer plant is a kind of equipment with extremely high production efficiency. The cycle of each production cycle is short. The rapid weighing device can improve the overall performance of the concrete mix plant equipment.
3.Adjustability.
The
concrete mixer plant sometimes does not produce only one type of concrete material. Each material has different requirements for the proportion of the batch materials. Therefore, the weighing system should be adjustable to meet different production needs.
4. The structure of the weighing machine should be simple, firm, easy to operate and adjust, and reliable in work.
