The upper hopper should be able to ensure reliable braking at any position, and the hopper should not slide down; the upper and lower limit devices should be sensitive and reliable; open gear and safety cover of the belt should be complete and intact, the safety hook of the upper hopper and the safety latch on the track should be intact and complete; the parameters of the leakage protector should be matched, the installation should be correct, and the action should be sensitive and reliable.

Both concrete mixers and concrete batching plants belong to concrete mixing equipment, and their application fields are similar. Only appropriate concrete batching plant equipment can be selected according to the needs of users. If you are building a home, a concrete mixer is cheap and easy to buy, you can choose it, while for projects or ready mix concrete producing, a concrete mixing plant is needed, for a single concrete mixer can not meet the concrete quality requirement.
