1.Hardness of the material
The harder the material is, the more difficult it is to stir, and the more serious the wear on the concrete mixing machine blade, the slower the mixing speed and the lower the output.
2.Composition of materials
Before entering the forced concrete mixer of the concrete batching plant, the more materials, the more the mixing effect will be affected, because these materials will easily stick to the inner liner of the concrete mixer. Therefore, the unqualified raw materials should be strictly excluded to avoid the influence on the normal operation of the concrete mixing plant.
3.The motor power
The motor power is the precondition for determining the outlet pressure and the delivery volume. When the motor power is constant, the pressure increase will reduce the delivery volume; on the contrary, reducing the outlet pressure will increase the delivery volume.
