The mixing drum of the

In the case of an emergency when the hydraulic system fails, the machine is equipped with a safety device, and workers can manually operate the safety handle to open the discharge door.
The storage hopper of the
mini concrete batch plant is composed of hoppers with equal volumes. The box can be disassembled and assembled for transportation. The aggregates in the storage hoppers are loaded by a loader. Each hopper has a volume of 10m3. The bucket doors in the frame are controlled by air cylinders, and feed materials into the sand weighing bucket (each two bucket doors control one aggregate).
The overhaul of the
mini batch concrete mix plant is for the purpose of restoring the original performance of the machine. The interval is 100,000min, and the maintenance is stopped for one week. The operator will carry out an extra repair shift, including the middle repair content and add: replace all the liner mixing blades and part of the mixing arm; replace the belt chain Coupling rubber block; replace the lubricating oil in each turbine gear box, replace the lubricating oil in the turbine gear box, replace the air pump (pay attention to the difference in winter and summer); clean and check the main shaft bearing to determine whether to replace it.
