The metering system of the mobile batch plant is the key component that affects the quality and the cost of concrete production. Proper maintenance will ensure that the weighing device of the concrete mixing system meets the requirements, so that its error is within the permitted scope of the specification, so as to ensure the quality of concrete products. Thus, in the daily use, the maintenance of the weighing system is very important and necessary to both stationary concrete batching plant and mobile concrete batching plant. The suggestions about the maintenance method are as follows:

1. Before each working class, we need to inspect the metering system over and carry out the zero points check, and check whether the sensors or scales are jammed by foreign objects or loosened.
2. Each working class will arrange the water in the gas bag and check whether there is any leakage in each gas path of the mobile batch plant.
3. After every 500 hours of work, clean up the sticky dust on butterfly valve plate of the mobile concrete batching plant, please carefully clean it , do not hammer to avoid cracking.
4. Regularly check the scales with the specialized metrological verification station. The longest check cycle is about one year.
