The mobile batching plants is divided into four parts: sand and gravel feeding, powder feeding, water and admixture feeding, transmission mixing and storage. After the concrete mixer control system is powered on, it enters the man-machine dialogue operation interface, and the system performs initialization processing, including formula number, concrete grade, slump, production volume, etc. According to the weighing, each silo and measuring hopper are tested, and the signal of empty or full is output, and the mobile concrete batching plant operator is prompted to determine whether to start the mixing control program. Start the sand and stone belt motor to feed the material to the metering hopper, open the butterfly valve of the fly ash and cement silo, start the screw motor to transport the fly ash and cement to the metering hopper, open the control valve of the water tank and the admixture pool to make the water and the agent flows into the metering hopper. After the metering meets the set requirements, the door of the metering bucket is opened, the ingredients are mixed in the started mixer, and the mixer door is opened at the set time, and the concrete enters the concrete mixer truck that has received the material.
 
Each cylinder, control valve and motor of the mobile batching plants operate according to the requirements of the concrete mixing process.
