1, Mixing tank:
It is the barrel of the mixer. In order to protect the safety of personnel, there is a safety switch on the outer cover and an emergency stop switch on the side. The gap between the stirring blade and the cylinder liner should be 3~5mm. After a long time of stirring, the amount of wear will increase, and the gap will increase, which will lead to increased operating current, increased noise, and increased wear speed. It is best to adjust the amount of clearance after every 10,000 to 15,000 sets of ashes.

2, Concrete mixer mixing spindle:
There are two types of spindles: square shaft or hexagonal shaft, with a mixing arm on it. If it is a hexagonal shaft host, the letter "H" is added after its model and number. The stirring arms of the square shaft are 90° to each other, and the hexagonal shaft is 60° to each other, which can be seen by opening the observation door of the machine.

3, Junction box:
There is a strong-current junction box and a weak-current junction box on the mixer.

4, Monitoring and alarming system:
Installed on one side of the thick oil pump, and at the same time provide another set for the control room. Monitor and alarm the oil level and oil temperature of the reducer, thick oil pump and hydraulic station. Generally, when the oil temperature reaches 80 ℃, it will alarm. Pay attention to two points: First, there may be false alarms, such as the float in the oil pool does not float or the float is stuck, or the wiring is flooded. The alarm is displayed by light-emitting diodes and buzzer. In addition, the oil level can also be viewed from the oil window to observe the amount of oil.

5, Lubrication-seal system:
The lubrication-seal of the mixer shaft head is the core problem of the machine, and it should be operated in accordance with the provisions of the operation and maintenance manual. The thick oil pump must be guaranteed to work properly, and oil must be supplied from the filter. Under normal circumstances, the main engine can work for more than one year without leakage of the shaft head. If there is slurry leakage, the seals should be replaced immediately, otherwise the delay will be long, and the spindle will be ground, resulting in heavy losses.

In order to make the air output of the air compressor in the production system meet the balance of use everywhere, the air supply for air pressure protection should be intermittent when the mixer is running, and the control system should be controlled by the mixer.

6, Unloading system:
The opening and closing door of the unloading system is controlled by three photoelectric proximity switches or three limit switches. The three switches correspond to the three states of fully open, fully closed and half-open of the discharge door. Pay attention to the operation steps for manually opening the discharge door in an emergency and abnormal state. That is, in the power-off state, unscrew the two screws of the hand pump, turn the handle on it (one side is to open the door, the other side is to close the door), and then pull the handle, reciprocating action, the door can be opened (closed). When returning to normal production, it is necessary to restore to the original state.

7, Transmission system:
If you need to replace the V-shaped tape, you must first remove the coupling, and pay attention to ensure the mutual position of the stirring arms on the two shafts during installation. Before turning on the power, manually crank the car to ensure safety.
