Do not operate the machine at will to avoid injuring people or damaging the components.

2. When inspecting and repairing, the main power supply should be disconnected and warning signs should be hung up. Non-personnel should not approach the moving parts of the solid brick making machine equipment. Only when all components are in their original positions can the fully automatic cycle operation be performed. Non-computer control cabinet operators should not randomly press buttons to avoid harm to people or damage to the brick making machine.

3.The cement in the material hopper should be used up promptly to prevent solidification. During use, the electrical system of the machine must be reliably grounded for safety. At the end of each shift, the electrical switches should be set to "power off" or "stop".

4.The use of hard aggregates should be compatible with the side holes of the mold box, and hard foreign objects should not be mixed into the materials to prevent damage to the mold of the cement solid brick machine. The vibration forming time should be strictly controlled. If the forming time is too long and the pressure head cannot press down, adjust the amount of material. At the end of forming, if there is insufficient material, do not press down the pressure head to prevent damage to the pressure head cylinder and the synchronous structure, causing the pressure head to be unsynchronized.

5.Periodically check whether the travel switches of the solid bricks making machine are in place. If they are loose, adjust and tighten them. The distance between the end of the travel switch and the sensing block should be 5-8mm to prevent collision damage. The condenser on the hydraulic station must be used in summer. Otherwise, the oil will heat up and affect normal use. It is necessary to timely refill and replace the oil. The filter element should be replaced in a timely manner according to the instructions of the condenser, otherwise, hydraulic system failures may occur.

6. Timely replace the rubber scraper on the feeding hopper and adjust the gap to prevent material leakage and sticky pressure head. All bolts must be tightened before use. The vibration platform, flat surface of the feeding machine, and flat surface of the brick delivery machine must be level; otherwise, the brick machine pallet cannot smoothly convey the bricks, and the blocks may not be pushed out or may crack. The solidified concrete on the solid brick making machine pallet should be cleaned in a timely manner, and all lubricated parts should be lubricated before each shift. In addition, relevant personnel need to clean up in a timely manner after each shift.
