Some matters in special weather when using truck mounted concrete pump

1. If the truck-mounted concrete pump should be operated in the hot season, it is necessary for users to cover the delivery pipe of truck mounted concrete pump with wet cover and wet straw bag to avoid sun exposure.

2. In the cold season, users had better wrap the concrete delivery pipeline with thermal insulation materials, which can prevent the concrete in the delivery pipe from freezing and ensure the temperature of casting concrete.

3. When the horizontal delivery distance of electric and diesel truck mounted concrete pump exceeds 200m, the vertical delivery distance of truck mounted concrete pump is over 40m, the delivery pipe is vertically downward or the horizontal delivery pipe is placed before inclined pipe, and the unit cement dosage of concrete mixture is under 300kg/m3, operators must choose the reasonable piping method and pumping technology. It is appropriate to use the delivery pipe of larger diameter and longer conical tube, and use less elbow and hose.

4. When the concrete delivery height of truck mounted concrete pump exceeds the biggest delivery distance, it is all right to use relay pump to pump concrete.

5. Check the abrasion condition of delivery pipe at regular interval to avoid the tube bursting, especially the elbow.
