Wet Mix Batching Plant

The wet mix batching plant and dry mix batching plant are distinguished from the water content of the mixed concrete. At present, most of the concrete batching plant seen on the site and ready mix concrete company are wet type concrete batching plants, and the pre-mixed concrete is directly transported by the concrete mixer truck, and then continuously stirred during transportation to prevent the coagulation and segregation of the wet mix concrete. The wet material type concrete can not be used for more than 1.5 hours from transportation and mixing to construction site pouring. If it is a long distance transportation, the concrete will not be able to be used, so in such a long-distance situation, a dry mix type batching plant or a dry type concrete mixer truck is generally used for transportation, water are added and mixing after arriving at the site.

The dry type concrete batching plant is different with wet mix batching plant, it can load the sand and mud into the mixing tank of concrete transit mixer according to the proportion, and then continuously mix the dry material during transportation, transport it to the destination, and then mix the dry material with water. In addition, according to the length of the transportation distance, it can also be transported by a semi dry concrete mixer truck. The semi dry concrete mixer truck is similar to batching plant dry mix, it also mixes sand and mud according to the proportion, and also contains a certain amount of water, which is also mix and stir at the destination.

The wet mix batching plant and the dry mix batching plant meet different requirements for the production of concrete, which brings great convenience to the modernization construction. The dry concrete batching plant is suitable for long-distance coagulation transportation, and customers can choose different concrete batching plant type according to their needs.
