Hydraulic Paver Block Making Machine

The hydraulic paver block making machine is composed of the main engine, the distributing mechanism, the plate feeding mechanism, the brick ejecting mechanism, the hydraulic pump station and the control system. The specific introduction and functions are as follows:
 
1, Host
It is composed of frame, indenter, mold, oil cylinder, mold, etc., and is welded with high-quality steel plates. The frame-type structure ensures the stability of the equipment and realizes long-term work without deformation and damage; especially the mold, which is the important parts of the hydraulic paver block making machine, it is made of wear-resistant steel and processed by a special process, so that they can be pressed for hundreds of thousands of times without wear; through the control of the control system, the automatic work of the main machine is realized.

 
2, Fabric structure
It is composed of aggregate chassis, aggregate hopper, aggregate truck, feeding oil cylinder, steel floor silo and plate feeding device. The steel bottom plate is stored in the steel bottom plate warehouse, and the cycloid reducer drives the chain and the dial installed on it to push the bottom steel bottom plate of the steel bottom plate warehouse to the bottom of the mold frame along the guide rail. When the aggregate car is located under the hopper, the material door is controlled by the material door cylinder, which is electrically controlled to open the receiving material, and then close the material door after a delay. The pressure head can be cleaned so that the pressure head on the block making machine does not stick to concrete;
When the feeding trolley is on the mould box, the vibrating table starts to vibrate to feed the mould box and make the concrete in the mould box vibrate to be basically dense. The rod is unclogged back and forth to force feeding. The amount of concrete added and the density are set by the vibration feeding time, and should be set according to the materials used and the strength requirements of the paver blocks during trial production. The vibration feeding time is controlled by a time relay.
 
3, Brick structure
After the hydraulic paver block making machine is pressed and formed, the bricks and pallets have a loose brick-out structure, which is composed of a conveying chassis roller and a transmission mechanism. When the bricks and pallets are pushed to the roller table, the transmission machinery will push the paver together with the steel bottom plate, it is transported to the front desk for parking, or directly transported to the trolley, and then transported by the workers.
 
4, Control system
It is the core component that controls the paver block making machine, and is the key to realizing fully automatic production. When it fails, the equipment will not work. It consists of control cabinet, PLC programmable controller and liquid crystal display.
 
5, Hydraulic pump station
The pressure of the paver block forming machine is provided by the hydraulic pump station, which is the power source of the equipment. It is controlled by the control system and consists of motors, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves, fuel tanks, coolers, filters and other components. Only hydraulic paver block machine equipment has hydraulic pump station, manual operation equipment does not.
