Hydraulic Press Brick Making Machine

The hydraulic press brick making machine is the main equipment for our brick production, but not all of the equipment. No brick factory can produce normally with only one block forming machine, and it is difficult to guarantee the quality of the finished product. In order to allow customers to produce normally, we start from the production process and introduce to you what equipment is required for the hydraulic brick making machine.
 
From the analysis of the production process, the production of qualified block bricks requires batching machines, mixers, conveyors, block forming machines, palletizers and other equipment to achieve fully automatic production. These are all necessary equipment. No matter which equipment missing, all cannot produce high-quality finished products continuously and rapidly.
 
1, Batching machine
The various raw materials for the production of block bricks need to be weighed and transported by the electronic batching machine after the previous crushing and impurity removal treatment, and then transferred to the next equipment. The weighing is very important and is set according to the proportion of the production formula, can achieve accurate weighing, ensure the quality of the finished product, and the error is very small.


 
2, Mixer
The weighed raw materials are transported to the mixer. We use dual-shaft forced concrete mixer, which can realize the full mixing of raw materials. According to the water content of raw materials, water is automatically added. The mixing time and the amount of water added will be strictly controlled to ensure normal work of hydraulic press brick making machine.
 
3, Brick making machine
It is the core equipment of the whole brick production line. We select other equipment based on it, and determine the models of other auxiliary equipment through its degree of automation and output. The hydraulic brick making machine adopts fully automatic control, which improves the degree of automation of the entire production line, and can be easily produced without manual operation.
 
We have multiple types of host equipment. By changing the mold, a fully automatic block forming machine can produce various brick types, and other settings do not need to be adjusted, which improves the diversity of brick factory production. One device can be configured with multiple distributing systems for the production of colored bricks or pavement tiles.
 
4, Palletizer
After being demoulded by the hydraulic press brick making machine, the bricks fall onto the pallet, driven by the conveyor, the bricks are transported to the bottom of the palletizer, 2-3 boards are stacked into a stack, and then transferred to the maintenance site by a forklift;
 
5, Brick packing machine
The adobes that meet the requirements after curing are stacked manually or by a brick collecting machine to separate the bricks from the slabs, and the stacked qualified adobes are packaged to improve the stacking efficiency and reduce the loading time and strength.
 
For a modern brick factory, the above-mentioned equipment is an indispensable configuration. Even if the block forming machine is powerful, it needs the cooperation of other equipment to realize fully automatic production and produce qualified products.
