1, the concrete mixer.
The mobile batching plant concrete mixing machine adopts the following models: the twin-shaft forced mixer JS series or the SICOMA mixer (specifically for high-performance concrete mixing).

2, Weighing system.
The weighing of water, aggregate and cement is separate, simultaneous, automatic and non-interference. Aggregate metering adopts accumulative metering, accurate and reliable measurement, high-precision sensor and automatic compensation function of drop to ensure the measurement accuracy of aggregate. The water and admixture weighing system adopts high-precision sensor weighing. The water supply pump takes water from the pool through the filling pipe into the measuring bucket, and is controlled by the pneumatic disc valve. After the weighing is completed, the two pipes are used to supply water to the concrete mixer. The weighing principle of the admixture is similar to the weighing of the water. The admixture after the weighing is added to the water measuring tank and the water is simultaneously added to the concrete mixer. The cement and the powdery admixture are transported by the screw conveyor to the powder weighing hopper in stages, and are continuously weighed by the weighing instrument. When the set weight is reached, the control system sequentially issues an instruction to stop the screw conveyor, and the weighing bucket discharges the material to the concrete mixer through the pneumatic butterfly valve.

3, Control system.
The microcomputer control system of the batching plant mobile is controlled by industrial control computer. The structure design is flexible and versatile.
