Concrete Mixer Batching Plant

The continuous operation of concrete mixer batching plant must meet the following conditions:
1, The special powder large-nozzle oblique cone and large-nozzle spiral feeder avoids the phenomenon that the impeller feeder is easy to block due to moisture in the past.
2, The collecting hopper becomes wider. It can be loaded directly with a 50 loader, which is not easy to mix.
3, Using pressure signal and speed signal to measure together or pure speed signal measurement, the concrete batching plant is simple to operate, easy to maintain, and will not affect production.
4, Inverter speed regulation, stable and reliable operation, reducing shortcomings, and large forward running power.
5, Full computer control system. The system should have shutdown, startup process processing and status viewing functions.
6, The concrete mixing plant should have a single-motor drive reducer, which can withstand shock and vibration and resist overload.
 
Although theoretically speaking, as long as it meets the relevant standards, the concrete mixer batching plant can work continuously for 24 hours, but it is recommended not to excessively consume our concrete mixing plant equipment in order to catch up with the construction period. After all, we people feel very tired after working eight hours a day, and the machines are the same, and we need regular rest periods.
