High water temperature reasons of concrete mixer trucks for sale

If you find that the water temperature of concrete mixer trucks for sale is very high, the solution method of find out the reasons is wash the water tank, check the fan clutch, check the thermostat. First, the thermostat damage.
① If you want to remove the thermostat, you should plug the water loop, so you can ensure that all the cooling fluid is cooling by the water tank;
② If you want to install a new thermostat, you should notice that there is a water hole, one function is to mark; another role is used in the heating process, there is temperature difference between the thermostat sides, so that the thermostat can be open accurately with the water temperature.
Second, the pump failure.
① The impeller is skid or stuck which cause the timing belt broken;
② The impeller is deformation.
Third, the cooling fan does not turn.
The cooling fan may be controlled by a temperature switch or controlled by a water temperature sensor.
Fourth, the cooling cycle of th concrete mixer truck may be blocked, or there is leakage, the cooling insufficient maybe not enough.
① The antifreeze: antifreeze throughout the year are required to add;
② The water or distilled water as temporary substitute;
③ The water tank cover has leakage.
Fifth, the water tank is blocked.
① The external blockage, we can use water or gas to remove dirt;
② The internal blockage will affect the coolant circulation, and will produce pressure, then there will be two results, one is the water tank leakage, the other is water temperature is particularly high at high speed.
Six, cylinder damage.
① The waterway and oil-way is mixed( the oil has water and the color is white);
② The combustion chamber and waterway is mixed, then the water or white smoke is discharged from the drain, resulting in regular water shortage of water tank;
③ The waterway and waterway is mixed, causing the cylinder cooling condition is bad, especially in the high-speed;
④The water way is blocked.
Seven, ignition is not correct.
