Concrete Mixing Batch Plant

There are many types of concrete mixing batch plant, which are divided into hopper-lift concrete mixing plants and belt concrete mixing plants according to the feeding method. The current models of the hopper concrete batching plant are: HZS25, HZS35, HZS50, HZS75. The current models of belt concrete batching plants are: HZS60, HZS90, HZS120, HZS180, HZS240, and HZS270.

 
If it is produced 330 days a year and 10 hours a day, then in order to meet the demand for producing 300,000 cubic meters of concrete a year, the output needs to be between 90-100 cubic meters per hour. Among the concrete mixing batch plant, the models of concrete mixing plants with output between 90-100 m3/h are as follows: hzs90 concrete batching plant, hzs120 concrete batching plant, hzs180 concrete batching plant, 2hzs50 concrete batching plant and 2hzs60 concrete batching plant.
1. HZS90 concrete batching plant, theoretical output is 90 cubic meters/hour, actual output is about 85%, actual output is about 70 cubic meters, and it is not recommended to use it if the annual concrete output is 300,000 cubic meters.
2. HZS120 concrete batching plant, the theoretical output is 120 cubic meters per hour, and the actual output is between 90-100 cubic meters, which is just right;
3. In the HZS180 concrete batching plant, the theoretical output is 180 cubic meters/hour, and the actual output is between 140-150 cubic meters per hour, in areas with obvious seasonality and short working hours, you can choose this type of concrete mixing plant equipment.
4. The 2HZS50 concrete batching plant is also called the double HZS50 concrete batching plant, which lifts the material on the hopper, covers a relatively small area, and the actual output is about 85 cubic meters per hour;
5. The 2HZS60 concrete mixing batch plant, also known as the dual-line HZS60 concrete mixing plant, has an actual output of about 100 cubic meters per hour.
