Maintain Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer as Requirement

JS series twin shaft cement mixer belongs to forced type concrete mixing equipment. JS twin shaft concrete tools can work with the rotation mixing blade by mixing concrete. The mixing system of forced type beton mixer is composed of two connected circular trough mixing drums and two pieces mixing shafts which rotate in the opposite direction. In the mixing shaft, there is installed several units mixing blades with same structure, but, there is clearance between the up and down and front and back which can make the mixture material be mixed quickly and evenly by two mixing drums.

Horizontal shaft best cement mixer has single shaft and double shaft according to the structure, so, there are two models. They are same in mixing principle, function and characteristics except for structure design.

Methods to maintain twin shaft concrete mixing machine:

1. Regularly lubricate the bearing parts according to the use condition of new type concrete mixer and the lubrication of reduced box need refer to the product specification.

2. Regularly check the sealing situation of forced type concrete equipment and timely check the quality of sealing gasket if there is leakage.

3. Regularly check the contact of electric control system whether it is good and dry.

4. The shovel piece will wear after working with mixing drum for a long term use, and adjust or replace it according to wear condition.
