Mobile mixing plant YHZS series

The mobile mixing plant YHZS series is a fully automatic concrete mixing equipment composed of batching, mixing, electrical control and other parts. It is suitable for medium and large-scale construction sites, prefabricated parts factories, high-speed rail and highways, water conservancy and hydropower construction projects and commercial concrete production lines. This YHZS series mobile concrete mixing plant has advantages of simple storage management, high degree of automation, flexibility and convenience, avoiding the high-cost basic production costs of traditional concrete mixing plants. The mobile concrete mixing plant is composed of aggregate batching system, belt conveyor, mixing unit, metering unit, water admixture tank, control room, air control system, electrical system and other parts.




1. The aggregate batching system adopts a frame structure, which is placed on a large chassis as a whole, which not only increases the stability of the mobile mixing plant equipment, but also increases the overall bearing area of the equipment. The aggregate batching system is connected to the mixing unit through the middle rail rack.
2. The water admixture box and the control room are formed by welding the forming plates, and they are installed together and placed under the stirring unit as the equipment legs, which increases the overall force bearing area of the mobile concrete batching plant equipment and improves the stability of the equipment;
3. The mixing unit and the measuring unit adopt a frame structure, the two are connected together by bolts, and the walking platform is connected by an articulated way, and it can be folded along the hinge point during transportation to reduce the transportation space;
4. The electrical system adopts the form of quick plug connector, which improves the installation efficiency and reduce the installation circle of the mobile concrete mixing plant equipment.
5. The installation of the base frame can be through different connection forms, according to the customer's site, it is convenient to design different non-standard mobile mixing plant.
