1. Whether the site selection of small concrete batching plant is appropriate will not only affect the construction arrangement, but also affect the construction quality and cost. On the premise of satisfying the area, higher terrain is needed. Considering the influence of water content of materials on the quality and production capacity of commercial concrete, it is necessary to store the materials in a place without ponding. If the terrain is low-lying and the water simply accumulated, it is necessary to think about the creation of drainage path and make full accounting for its drainage capacity, so as to avoid the impact of water accumulation on production in heavy rain.
2. In order to reduce the cost and facilitate the construction, it is necessary to select the location with fast traffic and make a reasonable plan for the access of small precast concrete plants.
3. Make full use of the terrain conditions, and strive to be compact and save land area. Conform to the process flow and avoid flow operation as much as possible.
4. Before the construction of small precast concrete plants, a satisfactory place for transporting commercial concrete vehicles shall be reserved. The laboratory and control room shall be located as close as possible to the main channel of the precast concrete plant and the plant gate. The pool and commercial concrete recycling station should be located near the commercial concrete batching plant.
