* Brake disc wear

* Brake spring deformation

Solution: clean or replace the valve block, lifting a leg, keep the pump level, replace the brake disc, brake replacement springs.

4. boom under load cannot be locked: the possible causes

* Lock valve block is not adjusting well, valve block is dirty or damaged

* Hydraulic cylinder leakage

* Adjustment or cleaning, replacement of the valve block, the replacement of seals, check that the tubing is damaged.

5. pin cannot be lubricated, possible causes:

* Oil nozzle blocked or damaged

* Lubrication pipes due to dirt and block

Solution: change the oil mouth, remove the PIN, check for cause of pipe blocking and wear and clearance. Note: this may lead pin killed, pins with the jib rotation, PIN card is destroyed. Here are two ways to remove the PIN:

* Add grease injection inlet and connection to the PIN, and then remove the
